Frequent in mossy crevices and on talus at
base of steep rocky mountain slope, mouth
of a melt-water ravine east of the Lake
(Just east of summer camp of Arctic
Research Laboratory).
North slope of eastern Brooks Range, 69° 20' N. lat., 145° W. long.,
Lake Peters, just west of Mt. Chamberlin, altitude 1050-1200 m.,
tundra shores.
