GULKANA GLACIER 63 14 N, 145 30 W
West-facing slopes south of Gulkana glacier and below the
hoodoos (rock towers). Just north of the Richardson Hwy.
HABITAT: Brown talus stone stripes alternating with Dryas
mats. Salix at edge of mats and on hare talus. Limestone
substrate. Elev. 1300 m.
NOTES: Mat-forming. Some pistils glabrous others
pubescent on beak.
