ca Mi 225 Richardson Hwy., 63°30'N, IH5°5l'W, ca 900
m.s.m. Thickly vegetated gully near timberline receiving
abundant, late snowmelt. Moist, fine-grained humus soil.
Anemone parviflora, A. narcissiflora, Salix pulchra, and
Ranunculus richardsonii on gully bottom. Betula gland-
ulosa, Ledum decumbens, and Salix sp. on gully walls.
