64°34‘29"N, 146°34'21"W, 825-880 m.s.m., alpine Dryas lichen tundra, on moist to
wet plateau top, on gently sloping to N and E (2°-6°) turi`y sill loam peats over
Birch Creek schist, associated with Vaccinium viris-idaea, Empetrum nigrum,
Cassiope rerragona, Ledum palusrre ssp. decumbens, Bisrorla plumosa, Bistorla
vivipara, Pedicularis labradorica and Luzula spp, abundant.
