SKAGWAY QUAD.: Coast Mtns., White Pass Unit, near NE border, eastern fork
of While Pass R., site 227, 59°36.75l`N, l35°06.054'W, 1028 m, alpine
willow-herbaceous meadow, bordered by ericaccous heath, rare in moist thin soil
layer with moss and lichen over dioritic boulders on lO° S-facing slope,
associated with Harrimanella stelleriana, Tsuga mertensiana, Salix sp. and Carex
macrochaeta.
