Creek Bank and Drainage. Moist tundra on S
side of Mesa sloping to Mesa Creek. Cotton
Grass tussock meadow dominated by Eriophorum
spp., Salix spp., Betula nana, sedges, rushes,
and low-growing herbs. Collected near E bank
of creek. Petals white, anthers orange. Not
common in locality, although common on moist
tundra along base of Mesa.
