Mesa Slope. Dry well-drained tundra with
shallow soils or steep talus. Dominated by
Cassiope tetraqona, Dryas octapetala,
Potentilla spp., lichens, and low-growing
herbs and shrubs. Collected on heights of S
slope above talus and scree. Fairly com on.
