slope, scattered on thin, moist, mossy soil over dioritic bedrock in forb
graminoid meadow, surrounded by open talus and alder thickets on 40° N-facing
slope, 80% vegetation cover, associated with Alnus viridis, Phyllodoce aleutica,
Hurrimanella stellariana, Artemisia arclica and Salix spp.
